Truism 1: Everyone has to face the consequences of their actions. No act that harms society or the individual should go unpunished.
Truism 2: Every damage need to be redress. If the damage is not redressed, the victim has the right of vengeance.
Truism 3: People will avoid facing the consequences of their actions. People will demand forgiveness or vicariously redemption for their harmful action. They should be denied and be treated mercilessly.
Truism 4: Repeat or unrepentant persons that harm society or the individual need to be removed from society. Society should not be made to support an incarcerated person. A person incarcerated should work for its living, those who do not work should not eat.
Truism 5: Those who are responsible and face the consequences of their actions should be treated reasonably, redress of damage and punishment equal to the amount of damage that could not be redressed.
Truism 6: The person that was harmed should have a say in the punishment of the person who perpetrated the harm.
Truism 7: A victim should not be compelled to forgive a person that harmed it or forget the person’s harmful actions. No one should forget, forgetfulness is the fuel of repeat harmful behavior.
